Regular moderators can edit the warning bar and basic moderation, but super moderators have ALL moderating abilities as admins do.

As you may have noticed, there is now a bar on your profile and posts that has to do with your warning level. What this is for is to notify you, others, and moderators of how much you troll, or just do other inappropriate things. Trolling gets points, acting good makes you lose points. Pretty simple.
